By Eric and Alen
We've been shipping a lot this autumn. Most of it came from conversations with customers, so this is as much a report back as an announcement. Here are the three changes you'll notice first, then everything else by area.
1. A new home screen

When you open FranFunnel now, the first thing you see is Today: new leads, who's still waiting for a first reply and how long they've been waiting, unread replies, and today's meetings. The waiting list goes red past five minutes, which is deliberate.
Next to it is Performance, for the last 30 days, 90 days or 12 months: how fast your team reaches new leads, reply rate, meetings booked, your lead funnel, month-to-date pace against last month, a heatmap of when candidates actually write back, and results by lead source.
2. Autopilot books in the candidate's time zone
Autopilot now offers meeting times in the time zone stored on the candidate's record in your CRM, and only falls back to your office's time zone when none is set. A candidate in Phoenix gets Phoenix times.
Also new: if you send a message to a candidate Autopilot had already finished with and they reply, Autopilot picks the conversation back up, answers their questions and books the call.
3. Sign in the way you already do everywhere else
You can now sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple, on the web, iPhone and Android, with one tap. On the web you can also register a passkey and sign in with Touch ID, Face ID or Windows Hello. On your phone, you stay signed in; sessions no longer expire while you're using the app.
Everything else
Signing in
- Passkeys on the web: register one from Settings and sign in with your face, fingerprint or Windows Hello
- Password sign-in, done properly: a reveal toggle, inline validation, a forgot-password flow that works on a phone, and password managers that fill both fields
- iCloud Keychain, 1Password and Google Password Manager now recognise the FranFunnel apps, so saved logins fill automatically
- The login screen remembers which sign-in method you used last and leads with it
Autopilot
- Moved to the latest generation of language models with a rebuilt pipeline; it books better and repeats itself less
- Every step of a reply is now tracked end to end, and transient delivery failures are retried, so no reply gets left behind
- Candidates can now reach you on WhatsApp, and every conversation lands in the same inbox and lead timeline as your texts, with a small WhatsApp mark. You reply from the same composer and pick the channel with one switch; Autopilot replies on whichever channel the candidate used. Most useful if you recruit outside the US. If that's you, email us and we'll walk you through it.
Claude
- FranFunnel now connects to Claude, so you can ask about your pipeline in plain English: "Who's waiting on a reply from me?" or "Catch me up on Dana before my 2pm." It's read-only, it only sees what your own login can see, and you connect it with your FranFunnel account, no API keys. We'll send setup steps to every customer in a couple of weeks; if you want them sooner, email us.
Phone app
- Version 6.3 moved to the latest app platform, so the app starts faster and is ready for iOS 26 and Android 16
- Version 6.4 redesigned sign-in, with inline validation and a sign-out that no longer flashes old data
- Smaller Android download
Web app
- Settings redesigned: one page of sections instead of tabs, with clearer password and passkey forms
- Floating labels on every text field, so you always know what a field is for once you start typing
- Live Sync keeps your place: the lead page no longer jumps to the bottom when a new message arrives
- Webhooks, your way: each webhook can carry exactly the fields you want
- Email addresses now match regardless of capitals, across lead lookups, unsubscribe lists and inbound mailboxes
Under the hood
- Faster at peak: the two heaviest database queries behind session sharing and drip campaigns were rebuilt, so the app and your campaigns respond faster when it's busy
- Security patches now ship automatically with every build, and a fix reaches you in minutes rather than the better part of an hour
Tell us what to build
A good share of what's above started as a customer asking for it. If there's something you wish FranFunnel did, email us or reply to any of our emails. We'll tell you within a week whether we can build it.
