FranFunnel has been named a 2026 Top Franchise Supplier by Entrepreneur, in the Technology category. It is the fourth time FranFunnel has made the list, after 2020, 2021 and 2023, and the first time in the Technology category proper rather than Other Technology Services.

What the award is
Entrepreneur has published franchise rankings for decades, and the Franchise 500 is the one most people know. The Top Franchise Suppliers list is its companion: instead of ranking franchise brands, it ranks the companies franchisors hire. Accountants, franchise attorneys, lenders, broker networks, PR firms, real estate advisors, and the technology that runs a franchise development office.
The 2026 edition covers 13 categories. Technology is one of them, with 15 suppliers on it. Several of the CRMs FranFunnel sits on top of are on the same list, including FranConnect, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and ClientTether. That is the right company for us to keep. FranFunnel does not replace a franchise CRM; it is the layer that contacts the lead the CRM just logged. Seeing both halves of that stack on one list, chosen by the same franchisors, is a decent sign the division of labor makes sense to the people doing the work.
Entrepreneur's own listing describes FranFunnel in nine words: "Texting, booking, and follow-up automation for franchise development teams." We would not change a word.
How Entrepreneur ranks suppliers
This is the part worth understanding, because it is what separates this list from a logo wall.
Entrepreneur surveys more than 1,000 franchisors each year, from emerging brands that have just started franchising to companies that have been at it for decades. Each franchisor reports which suppliers it and its franchisees actually use, then rates every one of those suppliers on three things: quality, cost and value.
Every supplier named in the survey gets a score from those responses. The top-scoring suppliers in each category make the list. There is no supplier application anywhere in the method Entrepreneur describes. If franchisors do not name you, and rate you well, you are not on it.
Entrepreneur is careful to say the ranking is a starting point for a franchisor's own research, not a recommendation of any company. We think that is the right framing, and it is the same thing we tell prospects: read the list, then get a demo and judge the product on your own leads.
One more rule we hold ourselves to. We have not licensed Entrepreneur's badge artwork, so you will not see it on this site. You will see the plain statement, in our own type, linked to the published list so anyone can check it.
